Shipping Rate Information

 The following guidelines are used in calculating freight charges for shipments within the continental United States via UPS standard ground service. 

Order Value*                  Freight Charge
 $ 0  -  $100                     $12.50
$101  -  $500                   Calculated as 15% of order value
$501  -  $1500                 Calculated as 10% of order value
$1500 +                          Freight Pre-Paid
(*Before any applicable taxes.) 

7.75% Sales Tax will be added to all shipments within Illinois (IL) 

Special shipping requests will be handled on an as needed basis. 

Also, it is important to note that NOT ALL ITEMS listed in our catalog are able to be shipped via UPS.  (Examples include certain types of chemicals or extremely large products.)  Unfortunately, we are currently unable to highlight these specific items for your shopping convenience.  If a non-UPSable item is ordered we will notify you of the problem via e-mail or phone.  We apologize for this inconvenience.

Return Policy


All returns must be pre-authorized. Danville Paper & Supply, Inc. will accept most merchandise if returned within 30 days of original invoice date. The merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging.

We will not accept returns on seasonal items, party supplies, food, or food service disposable items (per mandates of the Illinois government).

We do not accept returns via COD or any other collection method. COD packages will be refused.

Packages that do not include our Return Authorization number will result in refusal of acceptance, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Packages that are returned to sender due to no return authorization will result in shipping charges being billed back to the sender’s account. To receive your RA #, please call (217) 442-0851 and ask for assistance.
